This page explains what we hold about you as a practitioner. What we hold Your email address, your name and practice name if you enter them, your licence status, which games you have switched on, and any questions you have written yourself. Temporary session details Optional client names and session responses stay temporary in your browser and are not saved to your account. The nickname field is optional. Starting a new session clears these details from the current browser session. Why we hold it To let you sign in, to keep your own choices between sessions, and to manage your licence. Who else sees it Nobody outside DNL Coaching and Creative LLC, apart from the suppliers that run our sign-in, hosting and payment systems on our behalf. Your choices You can download a copy of your own data from the Account page at any time. If your licence ends, your settings and your own questions are kept for 90 days.
