Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Opening Play, provided by DNL Coaching and Creative LLC. Your licence A licence is for one named practitioner. Please do not share your sign-in details. Your licence runs for the period you have paid for, and renews unless you cancel. If you cancel, access continues to the end of that period. What you may do Use the games and questions with the people you work with, in person or online, as part of your own practice. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the material, or use it to build a competing product. What we may do We add, change and retire games over time. We may suspend a licence if it is shared or misused. No client data There is nowhere in this app to record anything about the people you work with, and we do not want you to try. You remain responsible for your own notes and records, kept in your own systems. Ending Either of us may end the licence. If access ends, your settings and your own questions are kept for 90 days, after which they may be removed. Questions: hello@openingplay.app
